Yes. Arc Monitor Pro supports unlimited locations and devices. Each location keeps its own time zone — so reports always reflect local hours and you can compare sites accurately.

Yes. Arc Monitor Pro includes an open REST API and a dedicated Power BI connector, so you can pull daily, weekly, and monthly weld summaries — by device, category, location, or employee — into Power BI, Excel, or any tool you use. An optional MCP server also lets AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol, such as Claude and Copilot, answer questions from your weld data.

The base unit tracks the welding machine. An optional operator login pendant lets each welder log in at the station, so weld time can be tracked by operator as well as by machine — useful for productivity, training, and accountability. You manage your employee roster in the portal, and per-employee totals appear in a By Employee report, the REST API, and Power BI.

Add employees in the portal with a name and a badge number. With the operator login pendant add-on, a welder logs in at the station and every weld minute is attributed to them until they log out or log in at another machine. Badge-ins keep working during internet outages, sessions survive power loss, and totals appear in a By Employee report as well as the API and Power BI.

Your data is hosted securely in the cloud and is only accessible to your organization through your own login and API keys. Private application areas are not exposed to search engines or to other customers.

Arc Monitor Pro is $50 per month for each welding machine on a 1-year lease, plus a one-time $150 setup fee per unit. That includes the monitoring unit, cloud hosting, dashboards, reports, the REST API, and updates.
